In preparation for the 2004/5 school year, here is a list of some international kindergartens and schools. As most have a waiting list, it’s best to get your child’s name down as soon as possible. It is advisable to contact your embassy to ask for their recommendations.

A few social groups, like the International Women’s Club (http://members.tripod.com/IWC_Moscow/), American Women’s Organization (http://www.fawco.org/fawcoweb/clubs/moscow.html) and British Women’s Club (www.bwcmoscow.co.uk), organize Mother & Toddler meetings for children who are not yet school-age.
