how to say: please pick me up

The base verb is ехать (to drive).
The form used here is the imperative (used to give an
instruction: езжай - singular, езжайте - plural/polite).
The prefix за gives the idea of driving to get something
(i.e. picking up) and takes the instrumental case (hence мной).

If you want to be picked up now:
Заезжайте за мной сейчас.

Or in х minutes’ time:
через 20 минут
in 20 minutes’ time

через полчаса
in half an hour’s time

через час
in an hour’s time

через 2 часа
in 2 hour’s time (n.b. after 2, 3 and 4, you say часа)

через 5 часов
in 5 hour’s time (n.b. after 5 or a higher number, you say часов)

Or at a certain time:
Telling the time in Russian is a bit complicated, so it’s easier just
to talk about time digitally.

в 15:45 (в пятнадцать сорок пять)
в 20:25 (в двадцать двадцать пять)

Or after an event:
Заезжайте за мной после встречи
pick me up after the meeting

Заезжайте за мной после окончания фильма
pick me up after

Заезжайте за мной после работы
pick me up after work

Заезжайте за мной после занятия
pick me up after the lesson

You need to picked up somewhere:
заезжайте за мной

домой в аэропорт в офис к Елене

at home at the airport at the office at Elena’s

and then – where next?
Заезжайте за дочерью, потом за мной.
pick up my daughter, then me.

Заезжайте за сыном, потом за мужем.
pick up my son, then my husband.
