The Dutch Women’s Group “The Tulips”

International Women’s Club Charities Donations Office
The Charities Donations Office of the International Women’s Club of Moscow receives many donations of various items. These are sorted by the volunteers at the office and then redistributed to IWC Charities’ projects with baby houses, orphanages, foster families, the elderly, street children, soup kitchens, prisons and holding centers, the handicapped and hospitals, and other charity organizations and individuals in need. Please notice that Donations’ Office is not closed during the summer. The Donations Office is located at 3 Gruzinsky Pereulok, Entrance 1, Apt 1A (ground floor, M. Belorusskaya; open on Mondays from 11.00 to 13.00 (at other times by appointment). During office hours you can reach us at 8 916 136 4955. Taganka Children’s Fund
October 22 Trafalgar Ball at Marriott Grand Hotel on Tverskaya Street. Charity event with 260 seats available will aid “Taganka Children’s Fund” for whom we hope to raise US$50,000. As this year is the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar, there are events going on world wide to commemorate this day. As such we will also be using the International brand of Trafalgar 200. Ticket price US$200 includes 4 course meal, drinks, entertainment and lots of prizes in a lottery. Auctioning before the event for a replica of the “Victory”, the ship that was Captained by Admiral Lord Nelson who won the battle. Current bids stand at US$7500.
