INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S CLUB CHARITIES DONATIONS OFFICE The Charities Donations Office of the International Women's Club of Moscow receives many donations of various items. These are sorted by volunteers at the office and then redistributed to IWC Charities' projects with baby houses, orphanages, foster families, the elderly, street children, soup kitchens, prisons and holding centers, the handicapped and hospitals, and other charity organizations and individuals in need. The Donations Office is located at 3 Gruzinsky Pereulok, Entrance 1, Apt. 1A (ground floor, M. Belorusskaya) and is open on Mondays from 11am to 1pm (at other times by appointment). NEW APPOINTMENTS Gianni van Daalen, Managing Director of Baltschug Kempinski Hotel Moscow, was appointed as a Vice-President of Kempinksi Hotels Group, responsible for Russia, CIS and the Baltic States. Mr. Van Daalen became a Managing Director of the Baltschug Kempinski Hotel in October 2004. He began his career in 1960’s as a manager in one of the Hilton hotels chain. Among many other awards, in 1998 and 2003 he received the title of ‘Best Hotelier of the Year’ and in 2003 was recognized by the European Association of Hotel Managers as The Best Hotel Manager.
