Noon - midnight.

A guaranteed guest-pleaser. Four floors of increasing luxury (and price), although the ground level is already lavishly grand. Classic Franco-Russian dishes populate the menu, including borscht and an excellent trout stuffed with asparagus mousse. Avoid the stroganoff, though, which comes in a canteen-like partitioned tray and far too much cream. Best to make a reservation, particularly in the summer, or you could end up waiting at the bar for over a hour.
